Pisspoor! My VA Meds once again have gotten ''LOST''. Tracking says it was delivered on MOnday at 3:04pm Bull. I met the delivery person as I was standing in the yard washing my car. My package went to Tanpa first then Orlando and then Melbourne then Idialantic. I dont see it it the box. But they claim its been delivered. I cant get another prescription from the VA for 3 months because they claim I have my meds. Person at PO says he is sorry. Me too. POOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS.

YIKES!! Priority 2-day took from 10/09 to 10/17 to be delivered. Full of all kinds of excuses-- there was a holiday; snow birds are coming down; lots of holiday mail starting ... really?? Is this the 1st year we've had Columbus Day? Is this the 1st year for snow birds? 1st year for Nov/Dec holidays?? I wonder if the manager knows how to estimate manpower based on historical data--- if you're going to need shipping ask 1st if 2-day means 2-day or you might get burned like me. Next time I'll pay extra for UPS not USPS. Sad, they have great rates but just can't pull it off when it counts.
