I typically scower the internet looking for special deals and the best price whenever I want to send flowers. After today I will purchase all of my flowers/plants from Expressions Florists. I ordered a floral arrangement over the internet and my girlfriend recieved it this afternoon. When she thanked me and told me about it I realized it wasn't what I had ordered. I called the store and the owner was extremely appologetic, she realized she had made a mistake and immediately offered to send the proper arrangement. Too often businesses make excuses or just deny mistakes happen, this is not one of those businesses. Expressions may be out a little bit of money on this one transaction but they have earned all of my future business.
