They tell you everything you want to hear over the phone to get you there. I was told one price over the phone and then they inflated the price on arrival. On top of that, I was told that I would receive a discount if I paid with cash, so I took them up on the offer and forked over $491.15 in cash to later learn that my credit card was also charged. They justified this by stating there were additional fees for taxes and for having my dog, although this was all addressed over the phone beforehand. Initially they refused to refund my money but the situation got escalated to the point that the police were called. I finally got a partial refund with the help of having a witness (the police). Up until this point, I was told by management/owner "Good luck in getting your money back". Being a manager myself, in the customer service industry, I don't know how anyone can sleep at night treating people this way WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER, STAY AWAY!!!!!

Poor Management

We came here over Labor Day weekend 2014. Our party of 7 arrive late on Friday evening. The owner turned on the lights and unlocked the door for the house so we could get it in. The first thing I noticed when we got there was the front screendoor was busted up and completely broken. The next morning the cleaning lady came around to bring us fresh towels so I brought up the door to her because We did not want to be resposible for the broken door. The cleaning lady said ok that's for letting me know. Nothing else was said about the door the entire weekend. We checked out on Monday and went home. About a 3 weeks later we received a $350 charge on our credit card (on top of the $800 we already paid for the house rental). We called the owner to ask what it was about and he told us our party broke the door. I then told him it was like that when we arrived and told the cleaning lady the very next morning. He told us he would investigate and give is a call back. 2 weeks later he still never called back. We decided to call him back since he didn't call us and said the cleaning lady was never told about the door!! He said it was our responsibility to pay for the door that was broke and that it was our word against him. He then hung up the phone on us and won't return our calls anymore. We will never be going back along with all the locals that come here often through the year. That's not how you treat customers. And we will be filing a dispute on this.

Do NOT give them your credit card information

We were lied to about the cancelation policy. Spoke with the OWNER and told our credit card would not be charged if we had to change our reservations, we were charged anyway. They refused to reverse the charges and hung up on us when confronted about it. I would stay anywhere but here!
