My well quit working this morning. I called Jeff kimball and he responded immediately and came to my house that afternoon. He installed a new check valve and adjusted the pressure switch and I was back in business in about an hour. This was the third time I have utilized their services and I have always been impressed with their promptness and professionalism. Highly recommend their services.

Warning! Scam alert! I gave the owner Dennis Kimball (contractor licence #2823) of Southern Irrigation Well Drilling a $1,000 deposit for a deep well on May 3, 2017 in order to pull a permit that very day, because he stated that he was on his way to pull permits for other customers as well. It is now over one year and still no well, only excuses. Jeffrey Kimball is the person who drills the well. In October, Dennis Kimball had left a note on my door by mistake, only to find out that there was another person that never got his well either. I contacted Teri Rhodes (813) 985-7481 ext:4476 at the well permits department for the Southwest Florida Water Management District, and Tampa Ombudsman Office, Ross Morton 1-800-320-3503 ext. 6500, and Bill Permenter Field Service Supervisor with my concerns.

The Better Business Bureau had a similar complaint for Southern Irrigation Well Drilling very similar to mine.

The sunbiz.org business database search for FEI/EIN Number: 59-2537087 showes that the business has been inactive since 2015, most likely due to a judjement lien for $15,000.

Victims may need to file a police report with the Fraud Department for Larceny Grand Theft because I am certain that there are many other victims besides me.

Hired them to add connections to our well for lawn watering. Their expertise is good, but they were quite pushy in trying to sell other improvements to us. Made the entire afternoon unpleasant. Also, I asked three (3) separate times for a receipt for the cash paid, and never received one. Needless to say, we will never use them again, and we can't recommend them.
