I thought I'd try a new pizza place, well what a mistake! I called an ordered a pizza and roughly 1 hour and 30 mins later it showed up cold. I called this place and got placed on hold 5 times and no one would come back, I asked for the manager and nothing, finally I asked for the owner and they said he was busy, finally he called back and all he did was talk over me. I told him I was a business owner myself and I'm a stickler for customer service, and he replied he shopped at my store many of times, well I didn't even tell him what business I owned lol so how could he have shopped at my store plenty of times. long story short after receiving my cold pizza 1 hour and 30 mins late no discount was offered and my experience with this place was a first and last. you would think the owner would've asked for my name and offer a discounted or even free one down the road, but no! he must of thought I was a tourist and not a resident. bottom line owner and employees very rude and no professionalism what so ever. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER PIZZA PLACES IN TOWN THAT WOULD WELCOME YOUR BUSINESS !!
