Had a totally FANTASTIC experience with this company! I found them through an internet search and took a chance to get some dog food that isn't stocked locally. I called with some questions, which the owner easily answered; she was also happy to discuss various concerns about pet foods and make some recommendations. I ordered on Friday afternoon for myself and a family member. I received a bag on Saturday (!!!) and he received a bag on Monday (!!). Wow, that is some fast service and shipping! Both bags had expiration dates more than a year in the future----sooo important when ordering dog food online. Healthy dog food with good expiration dates & knowledgeable, fast service. Can't be beat!! This business is the best.

They have the best variety of bulldog food and they always have the best information about our bullies too

Not only is her shop for a great cause, but Courtney is very helpful and knowledgable about many breeds. I love that she carries healthy/allergen free products and food. She does her research. Give CPP a try!

That's funny "Braden", I've been dealing with CPP online for over 4 years and at the store ever since it opened and NEVER had an issue with an order or a sale! Everything has been prompted, on time and she even gives free shipping to those that live in/around NC. For a woman who opened the physical store and online store strictly so 100% of the proceeds could go back into rescuing neglected and homeless bulldogs, your selfish whining over a simple mistake (if it happened at all) is disgusting and down right idiotic! Don't listen to him folks, he's obviously ticked over something that was most likely his own error. CPP is a wonderful online shop and store located in Indian Trail, NC where you can buy high quality treats, food, toys, etc that you can feel good about knowing they are safe for your dog. Strict/limited ingredient brands, excellent for dogs who have allergies and are not crap (like this guy above) safe toys and hand made collars, leashes, you name it, they got all the good stuff. If you want top quality products for your pets AND support an amazing cause at the same time (that has helped rescue more then 30 bulldogs just recent, including one that was found in a dumpster!) come visit them in Indian Trail if you live in the NC area, look them up on Facebook to see first hand what an outstanding business it is, rescue group organization- bullies 2 the rescue or vist them online @ www.carolinapetpantry.com. You won't be sorry and you'll find yourself and your pet being treated like a big part of the family and CPP community. It's a must for all dog owners!!

My girlfriend and I ordered treats from CPP on 3/24/13. After 2 weeks of waiting, 3 phone calls and a voicemail, we heard nothing. We finally reached someone and said they would reship the treats however, one of the items were no longer available.

After another week and a half, the treats did not show again! 3 more phone calls, a voicemail and an email, we asked for a refund. They finally followed through on SOMETHING and refunded our money.



Three business days later we received a package from CPP. It contained a bag of dog food that we did not order. Which is weird because because we received a package that we did not order in 3 days from the order date (on shipping label) but we did not receive the package we ordered and reordered (over 3 weeks). The kicker, is that CPP had the audacity to ask us to take the package to the post office to ship it back to them.



Do not use CPP or order online from them. Very unreliable and horrible customer service, especially for a small company.
