Terrible. I signed up when they had a promotion, $10 a month for 4 months. After that 4 months, when my contract ended, I called to ask if my contract was truly canceled, the girl at the desk, bless her heart must have been new, said "I dont know, I'll call my manager and ask". Manager never called me. So two days later I went in to ask, another young girl was at the desk and told me she wasn't sure but I could fill out a cancelation paper just incase since I wanted it to end. So I did. THE NEXT CALANDER MONTH they deducted $59.95 from my account! I went in to ask why, nobody in the building knew, so the manager was called at her home. She never answered, and here I am 3 days later wating for a call back. There should be no cancelation fee, my contract I signed was for 4 months. Hidden charges not stated in the contract apparently. I will contact the Better Business Bureau if I hear nothing today, awful. Terrible communication.

Called about the kickboxing they advertise on their site. They don't offer it. Web site needs updated.
