It seems odd that I've never had a problem with an order in the past, have always been provided a shipment email with tracking info, and with the most recent order I placed, never received it. When calling, I'm told it was not only shipped, but delievered. When saying that it wasn't, I was rudely told that it's not their problem. No apology, no sympathy, nothing except making it clear it's not their problem. So now I'm not only screwed out of the money for the original order, I'll have to pay for a replacement since this is the only place to order from. Even if you do chose tonwash your hands of the situation, having a little sympathy for your customers goes a long way.

They sell a "crushproof"" hose for $40 that crushed within 6 months of having it. I bought it for $40 and not $2.00 at the hardware store so that it wouldn't "Crush". They won't back their product. I think it's false advertising. Shame on them.
