Anyone that frequents salons knows that with any color service, there is a possibility of the product having a bad reaction with your skin--which is what I believe happened to the bad reviewers' friend. It's at your own risk, essentially. I'm always apprehensive about going to a new salon, but I felt very welcomed here and loved what she did with my hair. Will be returning.

Owner fried my friend's hair. No apology. Do not trust her to cut or color your hair unless you want to be bald.
