After the guy left, I noticed that he put the time wrong. Plus, the lady already quoted how long & charged it. I texted her to tell her that he was here only 1 hour and then again next day for 2 hours. Plus, he was talking to other guy or on his phone. Also, my HVAC/AC is only three years old, but they charged me for other parts. So, my brother called her to ask. She was hesitant to answer, then said she'd email him. No, we had to wait for few days, then my brother called her again. She finally emailed him. I read and it was wrong. I emailed to ask her few questions. No, she didn't even try to call the warranty company. I waited and waited for 3 weeks and finally called her! She said she hadn't called them. Figures! Then, she emailed saying that they weren't ones who installed my HVAC/AC, so she won't pay me for the parts. Plus, she STILL hasn't answered about charging time that the guy was here. I was so upset that they overcharged me!!!!! I am so tired of it. So greedy! Never again.....

Nothing but praise for AAA heating and cooling. Professional, kind, diligent, and knowledgeable manager and employees. Had multiple issues with my furnace and they worked diligently and patiently until issues were resolved, never giving up. Would recommend to anyone! 😊

I was quoted a price to replace our heater unit 2059.00 and was told this was the best price I could find call around if u want too. so I did found a company that would do same unit and service for 500.00 less. I then called AAA back and asked if they would price match "NO" the lady says 2 me and good luck. witch would have been fine with me if I was not there customer. .I am a 23 year customer of this company. I have spent a lot of cash in 23 years with this company. the repair man was in my house for 13 mins. cost 97.00 gave him a bill and got no change, the company don't care about its customers just that dollar. I would suggest U call every body in the phone book B4 dialing this number. GOOD LUCK FOLKS
