I was going through a career transition. I didn't think that my resume needed to be updated, but after talking with Bev, I realized it did. I was impressed Bev's ability to truly get my resume to reflect who I was professionally and personally after an initial meeting with me. I was appreciative of her also updating my resume to tailor it to jobs that I was applying for. If I could rate her more than five stars I would. I highly highly recommend her! It was the difference for me in getting the job I wanted.

I would highly recommend Advantage Resumes and am very pleased with my experience. The fees were very reasonable and before any payment was required I got to meet with her in-person to discuss my resume and how she could help. The fact that she offered unlimited revisions and additional consultation afterward at no charge indicated to me that she was very good and confident in being able to deliver, and she certainly did. The resume and cover letter she put together were excellent and delivered when she said they would be. I noticed that Bev is a very good listener, and some of the questions she asked during our meeting challenged my thinking and strategy in approaching the job market. Really the only regret I have is not seeing her sooner.

Bev did a great job on my resume'. I know I am good at writing regular correspondence and training materials, but honestly never felt I knew how to write a resume'. Bev took what I had written and turned into into a fine-tuned, focused review of my skills. I submitted it two employers. One rejection so far. But my skill set was a bit weak for that job overall. The fact that I got a reply quickly, and the nature of the reply, from that company at least tells me I got through their electronic sniffers for a manual review instead of being dumped before it got to a human.

Bev was very quick to get back with me regarding my new resume and cover letter. She was very thorough in my interview to insure all of my skills would be included. Also, she made me feel very comfortable about the process. It only took a couple days to get the final product and it looks great. Would definitely recommend!

Bev was VERY easy to work with and was a great listener with great advice! I was a little hesitant about seeking out a resume writer at first because I wasn't sure who was good and who wasn't...I'm very thankful I found Bev!
