I have taken my car to Dean Allen initially for hail repair. Then has to take it back a few months later for some damage done to the front bumper. They repaired it and a month or so later the clear coat finish started peeling off. At first just little places. Stopped by with my car and had one of his guys look at it which he told me that it was just from "rocks" hitting it. A week later I took it back in after seeing that the little supposed rock hittings were now huge places on my front bumper. At which time another guy looked at it and said that it was NOT from rocks that it was what I initially thought it was, the clear coat peeling off and that it WAS their fault and would take care of it. I have been trying to get them (Dean Allen, owner) to fix my bumber for almost 6 months now. My first text from Dean is dated Mar 31. My last text I sent him is dated Aug 18 to which he still has not replied to. And this is the way HE runs his business. I really believe he is a true blue con. Insurance companies need to be on the lookout for him. I've given him sooooooi many opportunities to do right, to which he hasn't jumped on any of them. What to do now? Because HE IS NOT gonna do right by me!!
