WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, we had them put in windows, siding, front door & 4 season room. Windows & siding was put in by non-licensed sub-contractor (brother-in-law) windows leaky from day 1 called out every year since installed in 2005, no fix, called their insurance co. They brought structural engineer out, agreed windows incorrectly installed & 9 of 13 windows should have been tempered glass & was not, you'd think the GM would know that they should have been. Offered $4400+- refund for $19000 job. Front door not square, no fix on that either. Now pursuing legal action. 4 season room, good job but per code enforcement should be tempered glass there also but that not the case, sd has sign off but has yet to produce. We got a contract thru another company, was sent to GM from our attorney, GM called other company & contract was cancelled (wonder what was said in that phone call???) Worst part of story, they were family friends, if they could do that to us what would they do to non-family friends.

WOW, absolutely the best! Best experience I have ever had with a contracted job, anytime, anyplace, anywhere. Work was absolutely perfect, as promised and done ahead of schedule. I could not have hoped for or dreamed of anything better! You will have absolutely no worries leaving your project in the hands of Paul and his team --- competent, experienced professionals who know their business! From initial estimate to ensuring my insurance company fairly handled my claim, Paul and his team went above and beyond. Even after the project was complete, Paul and team continued working with my insurance company resulting in additional compensation for my loss. Again, THE BEST!
