This is the worst customer service I have ever gotten. I bought my car at Andy Mohr and have always received good customer service. When my car was in an accident I took it to the collision center at Andy Mohr Nissan. My car was there for 7 weeks. I received only one phone cal during this time. They had an issue getting my parts in but this is not what I am mad about. they seemed to avoid keeping me updated. My car was promised to be complete on a Wednesday. I even called the day prior to confirm. When it wasn't done on that day no one called me and when I called on Thursday they put me on hold and told me to leave a number and they would call back. No one did. Later that day my dad went in to investigate and my car was in pieces. If they had simply called to let me know there was a complication I would not be nearly this mad.

Still waiting on car repairs

I will never be purchasing a vehicle from Andy Mohr or bringing it back there for service once they ya know, actually fix my car. Apparently I bent the bracket under my vehicle after going over a deer and it needs replaced because it's pushing the exhaust system up into my car and making a loud noise, killing my gas mileage. Fine, right? Well they didn't have any in stock at that location, so were going to have one transfered. meaning I had to pay for another day of car rental [of which isn't even through the dealership, I had to go to another company to get a vehicle]. I didn't want to, but I need the car fixed.

So the next day in the morning they call saying I can pick up my car, it's not fixed, because they were out of stock nation wide. Apparently they don't have the ability to determine if they have parts in stock or not until the day after they order them [meaning, if they come in or not]. They are back ordered and will have to get it somewhere else. Which, I have to pay up front for and they aren't sure when it is going to come in. Probably sometime the next week. So they haven't done any work on my car since the day before, I had to pay for another day of car rental for nothing, I'm going to have to pay for a part that they aren't going to put on my car right now, and keep driving it around gimped and hope that they find someone with the part. It's so reassuring when they say "It will be safe for a while, you shouldn't have to worry."

Bull I shouldn't have to worry. They don't even have a system to tell if they have a part in stock or not nation wide. Their method of determination is trial and error. Everything included this is costing me 500 bucks for my car to still be broken. For what they called a "lucky minor repair", it's aweful expensive for nothing.

Repairs

I went in to have my car fixed at Andy Mohr and they tried to sell me a fuel pump that already had been 12 months ago but put down on the repair sheet that it was a fuel gauge regulator. Spoke with Nissan about a problem on the fuel pump and they said, That's not what the dealer said was wrong and we can not help you. It's not the same problem. So I have nursed my Nissan Sentra for another year and 40, 000 more miles. Now I am having problems with my fuel gauge on the car along with the car not wanting to start right away (Still)

deceitful - DO NOT BUY!

Purchased a car from dealership friday night. Upon reading the sales ad came in and test drove the vehicle. Took it home and didn't check every FEATURE that the ad said the car had. The same night after I took it home, not even 24 hrs later I used my POWER

DOORLOCKS. Then I noticed, that the passenger doorlock did not function. I had to take it back the next morning due to store was closed after 6pm that night. The next day. The sales person who sold me the car was rude. He

was not very helpful at all when the matter was presented to. Shady business practice is what I call it. I told him the problem and he insulted my intelligence by telling me that some car's come without passenger power door lock. He said he would find out. He never came back and talked to me as if he didn't care about my

problem at all more like he was avoiding me after he got his nice sale and I was just a stranger to him now, but the service manager did tell me to bring it back Monday. So there I was left wondering if he was going to handle the problem or not. I brought it back monday dropped it

off. After waiting over 8 hrs I got a call back from Andy Mohr. They gave me a quote of 350+ for getting the problem fixed. I asked for Jeff the salesperson who sold

me the car. Asked him if he was going to take care of me. He only answered with I bought it sold as it. I told him I wouldn't have paid what I paid for the car if I

knew the advertised product was not working. I understand sold as is, if I had problems with the car

after I took it home, but the problem here is the advertised feature NEVER WORKED. He then gave me some answer that most cars with over 80k will have its

problem and its not perfect. And said he never checked

the doors. I felt he was very deceitful about it. And

everything he said without even being helpful or sincere

was "SOLD AS IS" you "SIGNED PAPERS" and that was it,

did not even direct me to anyone for help. I will never

ever do business with them again neither would I recommend this dealership, if you want a Nissan or any vehicle stay away from Andy Mohr. I never had any problems with returning a car next day if I was unsatisfied with the vehicle, like Indy Honda in Greenwood. They offer to help a customer rather then degrade me and treat me like dirt. Thanks you Andy Mohr!
