Almost a different aid sent out each day. Many were late and some never showed up. There aids had difficulty giving baths, preparing food, doing laundry and all other basic items to care for the disabled. Most of the time was on there cell phones. When we were at wits end with service and many things were found to be stolen and we reported it our services were terminated the same day by the company. The police stated if we did not physically see them steal the items the company did not have to honor being bonded and insured. Health agency could not help because they did not know what a health aid job duties are.

I HAVE HAD THEIR SERVICES FOR OVER A YEART. IN THE LAST 2 MONTHS I HAVE HAD 21 DIFFERENT AIDES (MASSIVE TURNOVER), MULTIPLE NO SHOW/NO CALLS EVERY WEEK, AND THREE DIFFERENT THEFTS AND EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE BONDED THEY REFUSED TO SETTLE LOSS CLAIM AND THEN DROPPED ME. AS A CLIENT WITH A 5 DAY NOTICE!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM. P.S.THERE ARE SOME EXCELLENT AIDES AND NURSES ON STAFF.

Started with APC about 1 year ago and currently still with there agency, We have been so satisfied with our caregiver and all the training and knowledge that she gets from the office. We have never had a company that was so involed with us and is very flexible with our schedule do to my husband and I's schedule changing regular they also seem to work it ou. Attentive Personal Care has been a blessing to are loved one and our family. Our caregiver is just great , it gives all of us a break in the mad rountine that we all endured before we decided to hire a personal care agency in our area. Since we met with Eric, the director he has ease are minds from the start, he has always followed up with everything he said that he would do for us.
