Karin H. I used this company for my daughter's wedding and I was not impressed at all. I had scheduled this limo about a month in advance. Two days before the wedding they called me went over everything again. They stated taxes were not added so the bill charge about changed. The day of the wedding the driver was 15mins late I begin to think they were not comming. Everyone had left the church when the driver finally got there. Several us had to wait to make sure that they had a ride before leaving for the venue where we should have arrived before the people got there. They were picked up late and dropped off early. The driver wasnt even wearing a uniform and there was no just married sign on the back of the limo as promised. I was not impressed at all with this company. There a middle man that scheduled this and they just did not comunicate. Next time I will do my home work.

We used this company for our prom transportation and what an amazing experience this was for our kids!! This was a surprise gift for their 1st prom. From the moment the driver and limousine pulled into the driveway, our group was thrilled! The limousine was BEAUTIFUL and the driver was so kind and professional! He even stopped to take pictures of our group at a great scenic spot on the way! The entire experience was such a blessing and we will definitely use your company again for future limousine services. I travel a lot for work and use town cars to get around on my short trips. Avant Garde has always been there early to pick me up and has sent well kept cars and friendly drivers every time. In the service game, the only thing that matters is the last experience and it was extraordinary! I had to get from the airport to a business meeting downtown but my plane landed late. The driver was prompt and knew I was in a rush and used his best skills to get me there on time and stress free. After that meeting I had two more stops, which also had tight timelines, and they did get me there without fail. Thanks to them, I was able to meet all my objectives for the day and was able to get back to the airport in time to catch my flight. Your staff is great and look forward to using you again.

I loved the whole experience with this company! I am from out of town and reserved the limo via the phone/internet, the customer service was exceptional. The communication received from the company a day or so before was very helpful in confirming plans. The driver arrived promptly and was courteous too! There was cold beverages and an awesome limo to boot. I would definitely recommend this company, such a great experience.
