I could not be more unhappy with our Beazer, as a whole. We have been in our home for three years and have had numerous issues, all of which have been blown off by Beazer. Even things that are under their home warranty have been ignored. The most recent was with our shingles. We had a company come and inspect the damage and were told that the builders did not install the shingles correctly. Some of them were not tacked or nailed down. Some of the shingles had just been tarred together and that is it. What was Beazer's response. "We are not responsible." They build so many homes that they do not take care in their work. They try to build as many, as fast as they possibly can. I would not buy a new Beazer home ever again. Way to many maintenance issues considering the home is only three years old. I will be posting pictures and more information on all sites I can find. I also am planning on turning information over to the Indiana housing authority and BBB.

Terrible Warranty Service. I had a home built through Beazer 3 years ago and the first hard rain we had My living room window leaked. I called Beazer and they sent someone out to check the window and they claimed my window only needed to be sealed. The next time I had a hard rain the window leaked again. They sent someone else out and I was told I needed a new window but the window never came. So I called Beazer multiple times and the next person that came out said I didn't need a window and just sealed the window again. Well my window is still leaking and the wood surrounding my window is ruined. This has been going on for 3 years with no resolution. This is the 2nd home I had built with Beazer and the 1st time I had to call for a warranty need. If this is how they live up to their promises I would not recommend that anyone ever have a house built with Beazer. I know I never will. And the fan's they use for their furnace and air conditioning units are horrible. Everytime my air conditioner or furnace kicks on I hear a LOUD roaring sound. It echos through my entire house. And I can also hear my neighbors fan as well. Everyone on my block that had homes built through Beazer complains about this. I called the warranty company about this as well and they sent someone out 3 times and then they finally replaced it. But it did no good because the new one has the same ROARING LOUD NOISE. What ever you do.....DO NOT BUY A BEAZER BUILT HOME.
