Provided by YP.comThey replaced the hard drive on my computer, sold me an external hard drive they said they needed to back up my data, and the Geek Squad service for a year. By the time they finished, it was more than half the price to buy a new one. I asked the Geek Squad if it would be better to buy a new once since mine is old, but he said no. I guess each department wants to make their money and does not care to help their customer make an informed decision. On top of that, the Office program on the computer of course could not be reinstalled and they do not sell the version I need, so more money to spend. One Geek Squad online guy recommended an Office version that does not work with my operating system. The discount the manager said he would give me for poor service off a new computer was a smokescreen. When I picked out a couple possible computers, both were already "employee pricing" and they could not apply a discount. I left and will never be back to a Best Buy again.

THIS STORE GIVES WOMEN IN MANAGEMENT A BAD NAME AND MAKES US LOOK DUMB...THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LADY AND MANAGEMENT WOMAN HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE ABOUT WHAT THEY ARE DOING OR THE PRODUCTS THEY ARE SELLING...WE GOT MADDEN 12 AND WERE SUPPOSED TO GET 2 PROMOTIONAL TEAMS WITH IT...WE NEVER GOT THEM AND WHEN I CALLED THE STORE FOR A MANAGER THE BIMBO ON THE PHONE DIDNT WANT TO PUT ONE ON THE PHONE AND THE MANAGER GAVE ME THE WRONG NUMBER TO CALL SO 9 1/2 MONTHS PREGNANT I HAD TO GO INTO THE STORE AND SHE HAD NO IDEA HOW TOSOLVE THE PROBLEM AND DID NOT CALL NOBODY....IT WAS SUPPOSE TO COME BY EMAIL... 3 DAYS LATER I HAD TO GO BACK IN THE STORE AND SHE REALLY ASKED :WHAT DO U WANT ME TO DO?" UM,,,DUH HUNNY I WAS PROMISED 2 TEAMS FOR MY PRE ORDER ...GET THEM FOR ME....SHE CALLED EA SPORTS AND GOT A CODE FOR SOMETHING COMPLETELY DIFFERENT THAT COULD ONLY BE USED ONLINE AND BY BUYING EXTRA STUFF....I CALLED THE STORE IN CARMEL...THEY TRIED TO HELP AND GOT EVERYONE IN THE STORE INVOLVED, LOL ALMOST, AND ENDED UP GIVING ME A NUMBER AND A WEEK LATER I FINALLY HAVE MY CODE....SMART WOMEN PLEASE APPLY THERE TO GIVE US A BETTER NAME....THOSE "FEMALES" AND MANAGEMENT ARE UNEDUCATED FOR REAL WIT NO COMMON SENSE
