This company was recommended by a coworker and we thought we were helping them get established as a new business. They did not have a contract for us to sign (should have been our sign to run!) and damaged every single item of our furniture because it was not properly wrapped and then crammed into a too-small truck for our size of move. Damaged the walls of both the old and new houses. Pieces of one broken item were left strewn across our new living room floor and no one alerted my husband to the damage. (It's all VERY visible - there's no way they didn't notice.) Offered cheapy replacements for the worst two broken pieces, not comparable items.

Back and forth for almost three months about how much the repairs should cost. They refuse to share references for their repair guy, or his last name, for that matter. Of course his estimate was much lower than the two independent estimates we obtained (and shared contact info with them should they care to contact them directly). Pay more, use someone else, and save yourself the grief!!!!
