I went there to have my trailer tires replaced, dropped off the trailer, tires and paid them guys.



30 minutes after, they call me and told me they can't do it because my trailer was too heavy! My trailer didn't even have any load in it! They told me their axle will break with that kind of weight! Are they kidding me???



Their manager, Tim, is incompetent, very unhelpful. I already paid and why couldn't they tell me that beforehand? They totally wasted my time going back and forth!



What kind of tire company are they if they can't even replace tires on my trailer????

I was visiting relatives in Indiana and stopped at Arby's for dinner. When I tried to leave, my car wouldn't start. Big O Tires was across the street so I ran over and even though they had just closed, they came over to look at it. They got my car to start, but brought it over to the shop to test it and make sure everything was ok. They discovered that my battery needed to be replaced, and even though it was half an hour after closing, they graciously stayed to make sure my car was running fine. They were extremely friendly and went above and beyond! Thanks Big O Tires!
