New costumer had my phone 20 days it stoped working went in for help. And was told by the told by owner it wasn't his problem.and when l said that was not right. He puffed up on me and said "what are you going to do about it" I could not believe it he said it was his store and he made the rules,even after l explained to him the people at virgin mobile said that are obligated to replace because It had been only 22 days. (That are obligated to replace within 30 days)he told me he did not care and to get out. I asked him how he could treat me like this and talk to me like a punk. He said I was only one customer and did not matter. I don't want to ever go back their, I hope I can go to another location to pay my bill. Future customers please be aware of. What to expect. And on a side note he treats the nice Mexican girls who work for him like subhuman scum.I feel sorry for her to haft to deal with a boss like that.
