Judy, Rich, and Lavonna have been so incredibly helpful during what has been one of the most difficult times of my life. Judy has been available outside normal business hours when I have had time-sensitive issues occur. She has reached out to check on how I'm doing and how my kids are doing. Rich has walked me through information related to paperwork, filings, and questions I've had along the way. Lavonna kept me updated on issues related to a hearing and was patient with all of my additional follow up questions/comments. Judy has also reached out several times to give me pep talks to hang in there throughout the process. Her sense of humor, heart, and creative solutions reinforced I made the right choice going with Brazill Hester.
