Judging by the date and content I was there when Dorata made a scene. Please disregard her review. Small businesses can't always afford to order many extras of an item when customers only want one.
Lovely shop, parking lot in back and boat loads of help! Open knitting at the table. Great variety and high quality yarns.

I also read the review by Kailani on Yelp. This store has a problem. I am a retired physician but went in there wearing old clothes and was treated as if I were a shoplifter. My daughter had the same experience. They had a poor selection of needles and their yarn was overpriced. They size you up and if you are not the type to drop hundreds of dollars on classes and overpriced yarn they act like Nellie's mother on Little House on the Prairie. I am going to complain to Plymouth Yarn that they should be removed as a dealer for their yarn as they did everything they could to keep me from buying that brand and refused to order it for me unless I would buy 10 skeins of each color for a Fair Isle sweater. A really strange bunch of ladies in there who must not need to worry about the profit and loss statement who need to function like a grade school club.

Small shop & very stuffy with small selection of yarn. Service is slow when busy, classes are expensive compared to other knit stores & overall location is on a very busy location in Broadripple & is inconvenient. I never saw anyone of color in there either. Owner has her pets who are all White & 1 Asian girl who is her best friend.
