Good sleep is important for good health. But according to the National Sleep Foundation, 65% of Americans report that they do not get enough sleep (most adults need six to eight hours). Sleep disorders and lack of sleep are not just annoyances; they are serious problems. Those with sleep problems may think or move more slowly, make more mistakes or have memory difficulties. These negative effects can lead to poor job productivity and can be a contributing factor in motor vehicle accidents, weight gain, heart problems, colds and flu.

worst place

This place is a joke for anybody who is seeking help. My wife went to seek help from stress. Everything was ok for a couple days till they started argueing with her.my wife doesnt do good with stress and had a whole lot of things to deal with. Bottom line the dr there called her iresponsible and ordered that she be placed in a room because she was crying and wouldnt stop. She was strapped to a bed. When i came and got her she had marks on her. So a little note to dr and staff someone asks for help you dont beat them or pay for your actions.
