Provided by YP.comWhen I initially applied to Covington Square, I was told my rent for a three bedroom townhome would be $695 nper month. The leasing agent knew I would be travelling two to three hours to move down and when I got there the day of move in, my rent was mysteriously raised to $819. From the day I moved in til the day I left nothing in my townhome was ever fixed. The garbage disposal, my daughter's closet door, my son never got his shelf in his closet. For $819 per month, the amenities suck. No one in the leasing office can ever tell you when anything will get done. There was major issues with big gaps between the floor and the bottom of the wall where many pests were able to get into the house. One of my windows did not have a screen and they never bothered to have one put in. The leasing agent never mentioned to me that if your rent is not fully paid by the 10th day of the month, they file eviction on you. Even though I would get it paid, had thewy not lied to me about the cost of rent I would never had applied there because I knew anything over $725 was too much for me being a single mother of two. The leasing agent knew this because I did express this to her and she held fast that the rent would be $695. They are liars and never get anything fixed and is definitely not worth a single dollar to rent these unkept apartments and townhomes. The paint job was messy and the tile in the tub in the upstairs bathroom constantly peeled because they painted over it instead of replacing them or even cleaning them.

Provided by YP.comI've spent the last 6 months trying to get things fixed which were broken when I moved in. I lived 5 months with little to no heat (through the winter) and the broken dishwasher has been filled with mold for the last 6 months. Covington Square is quite possibly the worst complex I've ever lived in. EVER. And I lived in a college town at one point in my life. There is a rotating cast of characters in the front office. They always say "Oh no! We'll fix it immediately." Nothing, and I can't stress this enough, NOTHING is ever fixed. I have now filed a complaint with the Indiana Attorney General's office. We'll see how that goes. They've cost me HUNDREDS and HUNDREDS of dollars in leave from my work while I wait for repair people who NEVER show up. There is nothing good about this complex. RUN. RUN FAR AWAY. I have started collecting stories about this place to take to the media. if you have lived here, email me your experience at CovingtonSquareLies (a) gmail dot com.

Provided by YPmobileDo NOT move here. The laundry areas are not even open in many buildings. The office staff do not submit a fraction of the issues you complain about. The maintence staff for the grounds are clearly understaffed, and do not preform an acceptable level of maintence. The office staff clearly have no customer service experience, and obviously do not care. The apartments have black mold, roaches, spiders, and are very "run down" to say the least. It is very interesting that even the police do not respond to noise complaints put in. Çhildren are left unattended, and scream, as well as throw rocks & bricks at windows of apartments from the back side. Individuals enjoy roaming the middle of the streets, starring in disgust at their neighbors, and shooting paint balls/ bb guns off at dumpsters as well as behind the apartments while hiding in the process. This is the worst place you could ever move into.
