I also have no idea what the negative reviews are about here. I have been going to this location and seeing Dr. Vasilchek for 10 years. I find all of the staff to be incredibly personable and easy to deal with. Dr. Vasilchek, my primary care physician, runs more on schedule than most any other doctor's office I visit and makes me feel like she has time to see me and then answer my questions.

I googled them to get their phone number to make an appointment to see her because I'm sick, hardly waited on the phone to speak to someone (I only pressed 1 on the automated message system), spoke to a super nice gal about getting in this afternoon or tomorrow for my appointment, and as I was getting off noticed that they had a 2-star review on yp. Bananas. I had to respond.

I have been coming here for 13 years, and love it. Not sure what the negative reviews ate all about. My kids Dr Hill-Birk and she is fantastic. I moved from the direct area, but drive over 30 min still just to go.

Don't bother trying to get an appointment here! Office hours are EXTREMELY inconvenient, and even if you can get an appointment, they will likely call to cancel as doctors will suddenly become "unavailable." Receptionist is incredibly rude. No customer service. Find someplace else - your health depends on it!
