What an amazing experience. I just moved to Franklin and another tire and Lube center damaged my vehicle. I took it to Dougs and they got me right in! Not only did they fix it and got me back on the road in 20 min, they were very nice and explained everything to me. Thank you so much for taking some stress off of me. You have gained a forever customer!

I was not aware of the inertia switch in my car. I'm sure some people would have towed it and charged me for looking it over-they told me what to do over the phone without costing me a penny. I will definitely use them in the future.

What Jordan failed to say he bought a aftermarket oil pan, after he was advised not too. Franklin Auto Care had no warranty on a customer supplied part, but he bought a OEM oil pan and we installed it for free. This could of been avoided if he would have supplied a Chevy OEM oil pan from the dealer.

They put a new engine in my 2007 suburban. After the install my vehicle leaked oil. It took them 7 different times over a month with my vehicle to find the problem. Not to mention the money I had to pay for the oil that leaked out.I also had to pay for the dyi kit. The last time it was there they finally fix the problem. Then they charged me for a 67.00 dollar oil change. Man thats just bad business. I would never go hear.
