my truck had tran rebuilt no waranty no wonder only lasted 3000 miles 2 months called manager told me he would talk to shop and call me he did not say which yr we have found sloppy work valve body loose bab selnoid pack and trans is going to have to be rebuilt or replaced pretty exp 2800.00my phone 5736426824 pretty shotty work for top 10 rated shop should be 00000000000!

I see everyone on here raving about a guy named Mike but when I went there I talked to a Paul? He seemed to be the new manager there, anyways he was very helpful and polite and a mechanic in my vehicle doing the test drive with me in less than ten minutes. The whole process took a little bit of time but WOW was I amazed to see how in depth these guys went with their free inspection. I was figurin gthey would just test it within ten minutes like most places and guess what was wrong with it but these guys really went to town on my car and inspected it from front to back!

I really just want to say thank you for all the extra work mike did to my vehicle while it was at his shop. When mike was looking at my vehciel he noticed that I needed brakes and that one of my lines had rusted and was leaking break fluid, I don't know anything about cars so I never thought o look at any of this stuff but he took me back there and showed me where the line was leaking and even gave me a very good price on fixing it. If mike hadn't spent the extra time looking over my entire car instead of just the transmission I don't know if anyone would have caught that break line until it was too late.

the work was fine but they took a little longer than i would have excpected it to take.

im realy not sure what they did to my car my dad took care of all the work but i can say that mike was really friendly when i dropped the car off and he went through everything they did when i picked it up even thogh i didnt understand what he was talking about lol these guys are really nice and they take care of you too

all i got 2 say is mike is da bezt. him and his boys took care of my ride and made sure that i waz cool with everything they did. now my ride be rollin strong down the road n mike n the boyz r 2 thank for that! me n my boyz will b taken all our rides back to mike and u shud 2!

the guys as michigan road were great with my car and myself. they got me a ride home, worked with me on the price and told me everything that was going to happen to my baby while she was in the shop. The repairs took a few days since my baby was in such bad shape but mike even hooked me up with a rental car from enterprise!!! I was going to go there myself but when mike told me that they get discounted rates he saved me a ton of money by just being helpful! my baby runs as good as new and i swear i won't go anywhere else but edwards transmissions for my future repairs@!!!!

these guys @ edwards are gr8 i cudnt belive how fast they took care of my car, the manager is just be best hes super friendly and made sur i felt @ home. da mechanics were super cool too they told me wat they were doin 2 my car so i knew wat they were doin. the manager hooked me up on the price since i told him that i dont have alot of money and even though he did it cheap it runs like a brand new car! i'm taken all mah cars back to mike this dude is on the up and up!

I would just like to say thank you to mike and all of his crew, you were all very professional and helpful. Mike made sure to keep me informed throughout the entire repair process by calling me multiple times to give me updates on what was going on with my transmission. I have never had such excellent customer service and the price couldn't be beat! My family's vehicles will be returning to mike any time that we have an issue and I have already told my friends to go see him with their problems. If you are looking for a friendly and honest person to do business with then call Mike at edwards transmissions, he will take care of you!!!

The guys at edwards were just great with my car. Mike managed to get my car towed to him really fast and within the same day had answers about what was going on with my car. Althoug the repairs were expensive, edwards was cheaper than the other people I called and mike made sure to go through each and every part that he needed to replace in order to explain the cost to me. My transmission came with a great warranty and I have the peace of mind knowing that if anything ever goes wrong mike is going to take care of me. I will always bring my cars back to mike hes such a great guy!

mike at michigan road was really helpful during my car repairs. i'm a very busy preson so i didt have time 2 wait but mike hooked me up wit a ride back 2 my house and kept in tuch wit me. I'll take all my carz and my friends carz 2 mike becuz hes a great guy and gave me such a grate price!

I will be taking all my cars to edwards after from now on after my last visit to edwards! the manager there was such a big help, he worked on the pricing with me, got me a ride home, he even got me setup with a rental car while the repairs were being completed on my car. Mike made sure to keep in contact with me during the entire process and he even stayed after hours so that i could pick up my car. Mike was so over the top in accomodations I just couldn't believe how well I was treated. anyone and eveyrone that I know will be refered to mike after the great experiance that I had!

mike at edwards is a great guy, hes super friendly and very informative on everything that was happening with my vehicle. even though i didnt have a lot of money mike worked wit me and did everything he cud to make sure the price was in my buget. my car is running so good now if it ever has any more issues i will always bring my car and my familys cars to mike!
