I received a floral delivery from El Jardin del Eden on January 23. I wasn't home, so they left them outside in 3 degree weather! Obviously by the time I for home they were frozen solid and promptly died when they thawed. I called and asked if I could bring the vase back in for a fresh arrangement and they said no, they don't do replacements and since they aren't UPS or FedEx they don't do a second day delivery if you aren't home. Very dissatisfied with their customer service! I would not recommend them.
