I have lived here for two years; paid my rent on time, one of the few here that clean up after their dogs, hardly ever complained, and have taken good care of their property. And the things that they have done, I feel you should know. They come into your apartment without consent and without an emergency. They also feed you a bunch of lies and expect that you will be stupid enough to believe them. And the last thing that has totally ruined my belief in this apartment complex was that I won $150 off off my monthly rent at a block party they threw for their tennants. The next week I called three times before they blessed me with a call back. When I called back they confirmed that I can use it on the next month's rent. But since then, I placed my notice to vacate in because I was able to find a place in my price range a little closer to work. And now they are adding stipulations to my prize by saying that it was a gift for renewing the contract and since I didn't renew the contract I can not have it.. They lied and because they want to be childish, they make up stipulations so that they won't have to give me their prize that is technically mine as a punishment for leaving their apartment complex. I wasn't upset until now. And now I want to do my best to warn those that are thinking of moving in. Please do yourself the favor and really evaluate whether or not the above mentioned will be worth it.



The sad part of it is, the actual apartments are nice. But then the management has to go and ruin it. Just beware.
