Very friendly and helpful. Told me the Drs name and patient name which was my son. Told me the process on this being removed from my fico score as well as time frame. Also sent a confirmation of payment in case we would need it. Was very skeptical after reviews I read, which is why I'm sharing my experience with GLA.

I am told by this company that I owe them 31.oo. I asked who the bill was from and they refuse to tell me. I've called my healthcare providers who searched their databases and am told I don't owe this. If you are told you have a bill with GLA be sure and get an attorney to help you. They could tell you you owe when you really don't. Do not pay without finding out who you supposedly owe!
