The 2 previous reviews are ridiculous. This place is awesome. When you buy a game from GameStop thats been opened, they sell it discounted. So when selling something discounted, you expect everything not to be there potentially. They can't give you an online code they don't have. I called to see if they had a power supply for a 360 and not only did they have 2 but they were willing to and did hold one for me until the next day!

I agree the customer is always right. I was taught this, as I have worked in retail before. Therefore when a customer comes in expecting a new game to have an online pass and the game doesn't, the game should have been reduced or they should have offered a free online pass. Word of mouth is important when it comes to businesses gaining or losing customers. 10 dollars is petty when it comes to losing a customer and the former customer tells their friends and they potentially lose more.

We went to purchase a new game here and found they had opened it to put the case on display. Then after almost completing the transaction noticed that the online pass was not in the game. When we asked about this we were told it had been stolen from the case and we would have to purchase one! I asked to receive one for free and I was told they could not do it. When you purchase a NEW game it comes with an online pass, but not at this store. The employee who was helping us, before knowing that I expected it to be free, was joking about how his manager takes the online passes from all the display cases, mind you these cost about 10 dollars a piece. Do what you do, but when you get caught don't expect some one else to pay for it. I will never ever return to this store again and something should be done about it. I think that's called petty theft until he reaches 50 online passes.
