Terrible Experience!!! We were told to park at Marsh/K-Mart parking lot while on a bus tour with senior citizens, when we returned my mini- van was gone also a truck from another person on our tour we called the police. We were not aware of their signs next to the highway, we parked under the lights thinking it would be safe, The police found where they were taken to, when we went to pick up my mini-van our son checked for damages to the underside, they had cracked my bumper and broke the under panel completely, estimate was $869.00!! they do not know how to tow a mini-van!!! They charged me $245 for 3 days and if I did not get it by midnight the night we arrived back it would be $40 per day until we got it, we paid cash, if we used a credit card it would be another 10% fee,

Hix will be my wrecker service of choice from now on. We were stranded at 2am in Indy. They came in 15 minutes, then loaded, dropped car at dealership, assisted with after hours dealership paperwork, then took us home. Conversation was great and he was professional. Our driver was Chris Bartley if he is available, you'll be in good hands. I did get the impression that he was well trained so other drivers are probably solid too!! Oh yea, forgot to mention, for emergency 24 hour service...CHEAP.



I can't speak for the wrecked or impounded service because I didn't experience that. Hope they aren't gouging you guys.

I was in a wreck two weeks ago and my vehicle was towed in to this place. The van was totaled and I received a bill for over $250 to get this vehicle out. I could not afford this bill at the time and they added a fee to it of $25 each day that I did not get the vehicle. I was told I could come in to get my personal items out of the van since I had valuables in it. I called to see when I could come in and they told me I had to pay the tow bill first. They than told me anytime inbetween now and the time I come to pay the bill if I receive any letters from them they will charge me an extra $25. Otherwise all my personal items belong to them. I am reporting them to the better business bureau.
