Customer service and communication is not good. Waited on hold for over an hour.

They are horrible to deal with. Every time I have interaction with them, I always left flustered. They don't want to be helpful at all. Stay away!

hooks oxygen service really SUCKS, They think they have you locked in due to medicare rules. I would not recommend this business to anyone. All they do is give you the runaround.

These people have the worst customer service of any place I have every been. The Therapist that work for this company are paid on commission so they push a lot of supplies and equipment at inflated prices. Forget about follow up if you have a question about your treatment. Once the big fee up front is paid, they have no further interest in seeing you. What kind of medical professional works on commission? I would not recommend them to anyone.

Horrible customer service. Hook's needs to hire some people who know how to deal with patient's needs. Rude and I don't recommend them.
