not impressed

First time visit, been looking forward to trying out. Waitedto be seated, not busy, we walked right past manager sitting at booth doing some paperwork, he looked up and right at us, no smile or speak! We didn't wait long for our food at all and it was cold and not cooked to order! The waitress, Alena, was very sweet and took great care. The manager then came out to speak with us and apologized, then gave us 30% off. We didn't want disc or free, we just wanted what we ordered! Must say first and last experience with this place!
