I made payments for 6mos to Med1. The debt was not paid in full so it was sent to IMC Credit Svcs. I called 9/6/16 @ 4:45 pm. The lady I spoke with belittled me and was condescending the entire conversation. I wanted to set up a recurring $200 pmnt from my HSA - like what I had set up with Med1. We discussed the bills I pay each month to find the "proper payment" (what they think I can afford). As we went through them, she made several rude comments and assumptions about the fact that my husband and I do not share an income. Asking "He doesn't help pay for any of this?" When I told her I paid $250/wk for childcare for my 3mo old, she said she only paid $100/wk and insinuated I was lying. We discussed bills further and she low-balled expenses. I brought up the cost of formula (Nutramigen$40/can) for my daughter's milk protein intolerance. She again insinuated that I was lying. To the woman I spoke with - You get paid because I make my payments! No one should be made to feel like I felt.

They hounded me for 2 years about a debt that I didn't even recognize. It was a medical bill for a hospital I didn't recognize and I told them this many times when they would call me
