Empty promises, empty promises. My wife wanted to utilize Jeff as her personal trainer. He took a cash deposit of $200, scheduled the sessions then cancelled, cancelled and cancelled again. Wife had enough then decided to cancel his services and ask for her money back, Jeff said no refund but will do two sessions to cover. He cancelled those, said he would get her a refund. Guess he spent the money because now he is full of excuses as to why he cannot provide a refund. Do not utilize him for anything, do your research and find a real personal trainer
