I live on disability, so I don't have to tell you that money is more than tight with me! Today one of the brake lines on my old Jeep blew and when I stopped into K&K I spoke with a fellow who turned out to be Ken, one of the owners. Ken took pity on me and got me right in. Within an hour they had my old 15+ year old, 113K mi. Jeep patched up and for a price I doubt ANY service facility in the area could or WOULD match. I had heard for years what a great place K&K was and today Ken and his crew proved that to be true! Ken's got my service business from now on. Poor Ken!! ;^) lol

Well where should I start. I took my VW in to get the a/c compressor fixed, the gave me a quote for $960 labor included I get a call three days later saying that hey your truck is ready for pick up great right I go in they give me a higher quote for 1478!!! Never called to let me know how extensive the work was going to be they just worked on it and upped the price. Upon picking up my vehicle I noticed that the headlight was out and told them that it was working before I dropped it off. They said no problem we will fix it, no they didn't in fasted they made it worse. On top of that my ac blows cold for a sec then blows hot. So I take it back up there to have it fix again Ken says it will be done the next day gave him a call the next day and he hasn't even looked at it and his excuse was he was working on breaks and had a problem even though I paid him for services already. Beware of this place they lie lie lie and very incompetent I'm filing a claim against them ASAP!!!

Avoid this place like the plague. We had a new power steering put in our car. It worked great for two days. When we called K & K they looked at it again and told us all the power steering hoses were rotted and it would be another 300+ dollars to do it over. Its pretty obvious they could've seen that the hoses were rotten the first time and knew this work would have to also be done. They reattached rotten hoses, they set us up to have to come back which would ensure them more service charges. What a rip off! Dishonest!

K and K has wonderful service. The employees from the front desk to the guy under the hood are fantastic. Nobody enjoys car problems but these guys and gal takes some of the misery out of the situation.
