Furniture was great. The clerk processed purchase with interest. Should have been 36 months free if paid off in that time frame. Contacted store and they contacted bank to fix. Did not fix, and store seemed not to care that we paid over 160 dollars for interest, that was their fault in the first place. Will never do business there again!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very disappointed that after driving over an hour round trip and getting to the store before the employees that they would not honor their ad. Their sale on 2/22/14 was advertised in a flyer saying take another 10% on sale items in the store. When I said I would buy the chair on sale I was told by the store manager that the 10% discount did not apply to this chair because they were selling it too cheap as it is. I showed her the ad but she still would not honor the ad saying that is as low as they were going to sell it. Nowhere in the ad did it say the 10% discount does not apply to this chair.

VERY POOR MANAGEMENT!!!! NOT INTERESTED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. BOUGHT A $800.00+ LEATHER RECLINER W/ INSURANCE POLICY TO REPLACE CHAIR IN THE EVENT OF DAMAGE. INSURANCE PAID THEM FOR A REPLACEMENT CHAIR AND THE FURNITURE WILL NOT REFUND THE UNUSED BALANCE DUE TO MY MOTHER. SHE HAS TO BUY MORE FROM THEM TO USE UP THE BALANCE. THEY COULD NOT SHOW ME ANYWHERE ON THE POLICY THAT CLAIMS WERE TO BE HANDLED IN THIS MANNER. BUYER BEWARE, IN MY OPINION. THE INSURANCE COMPANY DID AS THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO, THE FURNITURE STORE DID NOT.
