Chris & Nick explained in great detail all work that needed to be done. Work was concluded in a timely manner. Price was very very reasonable for amount of work that had to be performed. This was my first experience with Mac’s, and it will not be my last. I highly recommend Mac’s.

Super friendly experienced staff. They explained everything they were doing to clear our lines, and educated me on how waste lines under the home can silt up. Lou and Louie are honest hard-working people, and they charge a fair price too.

I have been using this company for my home for 20 years.
The same young man that has been here the last two times is so polite, courteous and very personable, and informative. Macs has always been a 5 star company, and this young man gave me info that I didn’t know about servicing my tank before it’s flooded. He is right on! I refer this company to everyone.

I personally used them first for my office septic tank and then my house and my mom's house.

Very good people, honest, on time and I couldn't ask for anything better , I saved their number and they are the only people I will call when I need them.

The companies ad stated they were open 24/7 and provided emergency service. When I attempted to call them over a 4 hour period on Friday Evening and left a message as well then tried again to contact them several times on Saturday, they never answered. I finally got service thru another company.

Installed all new septic fingers and emptied our tank. Extremely friendly and honest! Went far and beyond what they had to.Very clean and polite. Did a wonderful job. Kept in good contact while waiting for weather to cooperate. Love being able to support local business! Keeping the money in the community and not some Big Company that doesn't care about you after they get your money. Their family name is on the line and they take that very serious! Can't ask for any better! We need more businesses like this. PLEASE support them with your business, you won't regret it!

I called Mac's yesterday. They were out today, on time, called before they came, and were very professional. The gentleman explained everything, made sure everything worked before he left, and the hole dug was much smaller than expected. Great work, well worth the money. The entire process took less than 45 minutes. Thank you Mac's.
