Horrible!!!! Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Took several days for anyone to return my calls and no one ever answered the phone or returned my voicemails. DO NOT USE!!!!

I have hired many service contractors in my home but this is the 1st time i had a plumber. Tell me i should not try to do a job that is to b worked on by a prof plumber. All i did was i was going to change my kitchen sink faucet. And when i went under the sink to shut the hot and cold water valve they started to leak. So i called marathon plumbing to repair the values. When he got here he asked me r u a plumber. U should not touch things unless u know what u r doing. I should leave it to the prof. Do i have the right tools like a hack saw. As a matter of fact i do owe one. But just looked at him like he was crazy. He told me the homeowner job is to just go outside and turn the water fromthe outside and leave the rest to them. He then said he has a 3 year old apprentice and he still does not know how to change a faucet. He said the faucet is suppose ti leak when you turn the knobs.and nothing wrong w them. Then i said what about when hot water wont come out when i turn the valve. He said its on now so its fixed. He did not do anything. So i told him i am paying for nothing. He said no you are paying for leasom learned.he was so full of himself. I will make sure my warranty company never sends that rude person to my home. I am hiring a diff plumber to fix the valves then I a homeowner without plumbing school going to fix it cuz i know how to read and follow direction.
