I have been here several times and have always had a good experience. Always helpful!

I am the manager of Markins. I wanted to thank our cutomers for the good reviews and I would like to appologize to the customer that had the bad experience. We do our best to make sure that all of our customer have a good experience with us. Our service department is open from 10am to 5pm Monday thru Saturday. If for some reason a customer is unable to make it during our normal service department hours, we are happy to have someone available to come early or stay later if notified in advance. Good customer service has always been important to us.

This place is great! I have bought 2 caps for my truck and just bought a replacement door for shell since I broke the other one. wouldn't buy a cap anywhere else!!!

I ordered a replacement window for my camper shell. When I went to pick it up, it was for the wrong side so they re-ordered and had to come back a week later. I went home to install but it didn't fit right-it was smaller than the other leaving a gap. I decided to have them check it for me and probably go ahead and install it. I called first and they said come anytime between 9a-3p, no appointment necessary. I showed up at 9am and I was told that no installer was there and it would be an hour or so before he was there.



So I had to drive there three times. What a hassel.



Never got an apology or anything. They should have thrown me a bone but I guess it's not their policy.



They were very nice by the way, but I guess I would rather have rude and efficient.

love it got one camper before from there for other truck now we are getting one for my new truck
