went to get tons of electric work done for my Mercedes Benz e350 and the mechanic was very honest with his quote and must say did not charge a crazy number just cause of the type of car. other places wanted to charge me almost double their price.

I've had my 2006 Jeep Liberty in at masters auto repair 5-6 times for over 100,000+ miles needs. mechanical work is efficient, and completed at a equitable/honest price. They explain the diagnostic short and long term options before I have made any decisions. I am a loyal customer to masters Auto repair because I know they care about maintaining a positive relationship with their customers.

I live in Carmel, a 40-minute drive from their mechanic shop , and it IS worth the drive.

My car was towed to this PATHETIC shop. My car was in the shop twice totally nearly 2 months! They damaged my car the 1st visit. 2nd visit promised to repair and pretended to wait for SPECIALLY ORDERED parts on countless occassions. I was given more than 3 dates to pick up car. Finally I insisted to pick up my car to learn my radio was stolen and wires were everywhere. My driver seat was broken and fuse cover missing. I was told none of the items were ever present. Had to pay to have car towed to a REPUTABLE and responsible company. Car was NEVER repaired. Car has alarm and working door locks; key and alarm were in their possession. The owner flipped my husband off while the woman and children peered through the window smiling and or laughing. Sad to experience a business allowing a customer's property to be stolen and NOT take responsibility. My husband paid these LOSERS more than $500 for merely NOTHING. My BRANDNEW stereo was stolen. Car was NOT running or able to drive.

Best auto repair in Indy friendly services very polite , the lady is very charming she does a lot what other don't do! I totally recommend this place,very clean and very honest, best jobs done, very organized,simply the best totally taking my car there again.
