Highly recommend this company. I had a water leak in our water meter pit due to a burst yoke and our front yard and street were being flooded. Our water company would not shut the water off to the pipe that was leaking because it would have impacted our whole street. We called multiple plumbers who all told us that unless the water was turned off, they could not fix the issue and that they would have to excavate our front yard to repair the issue. I was given quotes to repair the issue ranging from 3 to 6 thousand dollars. When I called McDougalle, they sent a crew out to review the situation and within minutes I was told they could fix the issue without the water company turning off the water and without tearing up my whole front yard and at a fraction of the price other companies were quoting me. They did the job quickly, got the problem fixed, and saved me a lot of money. I almost never leave reviews for companies, but felt I had to do it here because they were a real life and money saver!

Danny McDougalle came immediately out to my house and gave me a VERY reasonable quote on running a new water line to my home. He showed up with his crew on time and finished the work in just a few hours. He left my yard in better shape than when he came. Him and his crew were very professional and I would DEFINITELY recommend him to any other homeowners requiring immediate water and sewage repair.
