Hello, I'm Emily Inman. I was a very obsessive, detail-oriented bride. Here’s what I learned about Menswearhouse. PROS: Many locations, can return to any location, open late & on weekends, accepts checks, and quick responses in all mediums CONS: Fails to take down notes, gives the groomsmen too much freedom, tried double-charge the deposit, vague about pricing



Tips to Make Your Life Easier:

1. In person set up a group and double- or even triple-check that their notes are correct (if the deposits are paid, which location(s) the tuxes are be picked up from, the pick up date, the return date, etc.)

2. Set up in advance if each or one person will pick up and/or return all of the tuxes

3. When picking up check to make sure that you have everything (tie, vest, socks, shoes, cuff links, etc.) for each suit

4. Have men wear street clothes to the pre-ceremony site and change right before the wedding to give you the freedom to have after the reception everyone change back and gather the tuxes for one person to return



The Verdict: Menswearhouse gets a 3.8 for responding faster than expected and being extremely friendly while failing to write down notes and not listening closely enough to tell if your request is different from the normal request. I would recommend Menswearhouse, but only if you are willing to take the initiative to always have them repeat what your request is. Although a great value with friendly service, if you do not have them repeat your request they will miss details like that you want all of the tuxes delivered to a certain location.

Driving in from Texas to attend dad's funeral and our only sport coat with us. We found the men's warehouse locations online. We called and asked for help and Dorinda was so helpful over the phone. Allen met us at the door and stopped what he was doing and asked to help us. We needed a lot of help as we were road weary and cold! He fixed us up so nice. Dress slacks 50% off yay! Needed dress shirt to match sport coat and tie he put together multiple options and we got 2 for 1 specials. We got the pants hemmed to the right length for Edwin's boots by a tailor who worked there and did right then and there. I don't remember his name but I am so grateful he moved the buttons on our sport coat so it would fit better and I don't think they even charged us for that. We were out of there on our way in about an hour and we are so pleased with our experience that we wanted to Thank you!! Edwin and Jennifer from Texas.
