I booked my daughter first birthday Party At Monkey Joes. I know things happen and stuff comes up, but I was kinda disappointed. First my "personal" party host was running late, and upon her arrival not one staff member came to let me know, let alone check on the party to make sure all was well. The pizzas were late, apparently they forgot to make them. I ended up getting all my pizzas free, however two hours into the party i still had not one employee check to see of we needed anything. I had to serve my own guest, cut my own cake and they character came in for 2 seconds and left. I had extra kids, and free pizzas a day was able to stay in the room longer, however it isn't always the free stuff that makes you happy. I waited very long for food, and only got service to the room when it came down to the bill. I dorhn the think I would have another party here or recommend someone else
