Male employee sleeping in chair at front desk, nail tech removed my gel polish with her bare fingernail! And charged $5 for gel removal since I chose regular polish, also did the sloppiest polish change on my nails and left nail file residue all over nails, manager used unprofessional rude responses when I explained my dissatisfaction with the services and increase in prices. Told me I should have made an appointment with the technician I'd seen before
