One of the worst places to live in Indianapolis...DON'T MOVE HERE!! you will regret it, i have been living here for 3 yrs ONLY because i cant find a place worth living at the high prices and im picky about the area i move to, i do not want to go from bad to worse so i been stuck in these crappy apartments for all this time,i compare these apartments to living in a trailer court, maintenance sucks, management sucks and the tenants are some of the worst you will find, trashy, loud, rude, racist, and since the majority of people that live here are Hispanic and the managers are all Hispanic they all stick together which allows them to get by with many things that blacks and Caucasians wont be allowed to get by with, so basically if you don't have higher standards and really don't care about what kind of environment you live in then by all means move here, but if you even care the slightest about your health or your family then look else where for a place to live.

Very nice property, people at the office are friendly. Complex is clean and apartment was in good condition and clean. Nice area and pool is nice

Safe place to live. The construction, painting, and maintenance has made an improvement. The staff is wonderful! And, if you clean your apt, you will get your security deposit back, got mine. RECOMMENDED

DO NOT MORE HERE!!! The aparments are infested with roaches, the kitchen floors are uneven, maintenance takes weeks or months to come fix things. Half of the power outlets dont work, my box would trip the braker once a day. It took over a month to get a replacement fire extinginisher, after using mine to help my upstatirs neighbor put out a electrical fire, from her tablet charging in a faulty power plug.
