Horrible! The staff especially the phlebotomist after being checked in by jokers. I waited 8 hours even though it wasn't crowded. Compensation was 10.00.
My arm since then is still so tender I can hardly lift anything or use it.
After 3 weeks went back to ask a nurse to look at my bruises. Nope.
Stay away from Grifol....I have photos that will turn your tummy upside down unless you're a drug addict or a drunk.

Couldnt beleive was in and out in 1 hour the service was great.GOOD JOB.

I went in today on Sunday at 9:30 in the morning and donated by 11 then they tell us that there something wrong with the bank and it should only take about 30 to 40 minutes for us to receive our money and now it is almost 3 o'clock and we still haven't received any money which makes me wonder if you weren't able to pay a Y not close for today until you figured out what is wrong with your guises bank but when we call to ask about receiving our money we get an attitude and extremely rude and they tell us that we got to wait but they close at four so do we get money I don't think so I do not recommend anybody coming here it is not worth dealing with the employees attitude and besides there's plenty of other plasma centers to go to I'm sorry that I had to write such a bad review but people need to know how use three customers and Susan was extremely rude

The best. Welcome to our new Manager Asher. Missing Mike and praying he is well and returns soon. The staff there is the best. Eat your heart out Post Road. I know the rest but come to the best.

Staff was EXTREMELY rude! While i was there they called out 2 different people's names saying they lost their charts then the lady behind counter turns to another worker and says "can't find their charts,I'm going to lunch" so unprofessional! Then they say 2-3 hours for new donors it had been 3 hours and i still hadnt been seen when i go to desk to ask what is taking so long the rude gentleman says oh it takes 5 hours your first time then got very rude "if you have something to do you shouldn't be here" everyone go to saturnbiomed on madison & hanna....staff is really nice and wayyy shorter waits

That plasma center is unprofessional they are rude and half the people that go in there are homeless junkies.

I begin donation last week today actually went in for my second visit and from the beginning it was the worst till the end from the beginning and now the staff was very unprofessional to the second part of getting into the cheer being stuck 3 times and having my blood spill out all over the bed all the way to the end I was just very dissatisfied with how everything was handled for my second visit as a donor and I feel that this is a very professional well-known business and people no matter what kind of all walks of life should be treated very well coming in taking the time to donate for whatever reason if they're donating for so I was very very dissatisfied with my visit

I called the phone number listed and unlike the other two negative reviews, I got right through. The lady that answered the phone was very pleasant. Earlier I scheduled an appt to make my first plasma donation and I missed it. The reason for my call was to see if I could reschedule for the same day of my initial appt. The rep stated she couldn't reschedule it for the same day but since they were slow, I could come right in. So now I'm on my way. Upon returning I will make another comment to report how things went.

Just like the guest previous to me I have tried 3 search engines and have not been able to access there website to make an appt. When I call they put you on hold and leave you there till you hang up or someone on the other end disconnects you!

Tried to make an appt on line for a physical could not get through no matter what search engine I used so I Called to make an appt and told them I tried on line they put me on hold and I got left there for 12 min and 21 secs (blown off) called back and they said they would call right back they where busy that was last week!

Easy money, but sometimes it can take up to 4 hours, depending on the time of day. The facility is clean and most of the staff is knowledgable.
