Poor service. Not "open" at 10am

I've been to this location numerous times at 10:15-10:30am and the doors will still be locked. ive seen other customers waiting outside as well. I had to go around to other side for them to see me and let me in. nothing is ever ready and they always have an attitude like how dare you want popeyes after we open. had issue with their credit card procedure as well. then if you go around 10pm nothing is ready either and they won't make it for you. apparently closing at midnight means 10pm and opening at 10 means 11am

Horrible

I went to order a family Meal bucket of chicken when I pulled up to the window they told me it would be 10 minutes until I would receive that and if that was okay I said yes 10 minutes past I'm still sitting here theme and then proceeds to come out and say ma'am I'm sorry but the chicken won't be done for another 8 more minutesit is now pass for that 8 more minutes of which she told me and I have been sitting here waiting on a bucket of chicken for 25 minutes and all I got out of it was an extra thing of mashed potatoes and gravy!
